ABOUT REWIRE

The belief behind the work

Rewire Consulting was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that healthy, inclusive cultures are not a nice-to-have. They are the foundation of every high-performing organisation.

We exist to help organisations get there. Not through tick-box interventions or surface-level change,

but through the kind of deep, strategic work that actually shifts culture and sticks.

Our consultants are based across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia, bringing decades of specialist experience in organisational development, leadership, inclusion and change. We work locally and globally, with organisations of every size and sector, from ambitious start-ups to some of the world's most recognised brands.

Whatever the challenge, we start by understanding what is really getting in the way.

Then we help you build something better.

HOW WE WORK

Discover. Deliver. Embed.

Sustainable change doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't come from a one-size-fits-all solution. It comes from understanding your specific context, challenges and goals, and building an approach that fits.

Drawing on the framework developed in Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference, we work with you to develop a strategy that is holistic, targeted and right for where you are right now.  We work across three broad stages.

DISCOVER

We start by getting under the skin of your organisation. Through data, conversations and observation, we identify what is really going on, where the gaps are and what the root causes are. You cannot solve the right problem without first understanding it properly.

DELIVER

Drawing on what we have found, we design and deliver targeted interventions across individuals, teams and the wider organisation. This might include training programmes, leadership coaching, focus groups, culture diagnostics or communications, often combining short-term quick wins with longer-term change activity.

EMBED

Change only counts if it lasts.

We help you identify the systemic levers that will sustain progress, set benchmarks and measures, and build the internal capability to keep things moving long after we have finished

working together.

The mind behind Rewire

Pooja Sachdev (she/her) is a business psychologist, organisational consultant, published author and founder of Rewire Consulting.

With over two decades of experience, she works with leaders and organisations to understand what is really holding them back and help them move forward with purpose and clarity.

She is boldly reframing how organisations think about culture, inclusion and leadership, bringing together the rigour of psychology with the practicality of someone who has sat in those rooms and understands what it actually takes.

Trusted by some of the world's most recognised organisations, including Microsoft, HSBC, Burberry, Red Bull and the International Paralympic Committee, she has spent her career turning complex thinking into tangible, measurable results.

She is co-author of Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference, described by the Financial Times as "the most refreshing approach to diversity I have read."

Prior to founding Rewire, Pooja served as Senior Policy Officer at the Commission for Racial Equality and as a Consultant in the Human Capital division at Towers Watson.

She is a qualified counsellor, coach and group moderator, raising two feisty and fabulous daughters in London.
