Rewire Consulting was founded by Pooja Sachdev, one of the co-authors of Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference’ (by Yates and Sachdev).

We have worked with a wide range of organisations over the years – from blooming start-ups to large multi-nationals across different sectors.

What drives us is a passion and a commitment to bring out the best in people, teams and organisations – so we can all fulfill our potential and serve our purpose.

We do this by helping to chip away at the little and big things that stand in the way of that – whether it’s coaching individuals, designing focus groups, or working with policies and processes at a systemic level – to bring about change that is holistic, strategic and sustainable.

Our consultants are based across UK, Europe, USA and Asia and work on both local and global projects. They are specialists with decades of experience in organisational development, employee engagement, employee experience, employer brand, research, coaching, leadership development and process design.

We are currently working on a number of fresh programmes in the area of diversity and inclusion, leadership and behaviour change – aimed at tackling some of the questions that face us today:

  • can we really shift unconscious bias?

  • what really works with inclusion and diversity training?

  • what are the leader and manager behaviours that really matter?

  • how can we engage the whole organization in the change process?

  • how can we deal with a difficult topic like harassment in a way that drives honest conversations and real change?

  • where do we start?

If this interests you and you want to know more, please drop us a line. We would love to talk more!

Pooja is an experienced business psychologist, organisational consultant and founder of Rewire Consulting. She has worked across a range of settings over the last two decades from small start-ups, public sector bodies and niche consultancies to multi-nationals in financial services, technology and media.

Pooja is particularly interested in the study of unconscious bias, behaviour change and organisational culture. She is co-author of 'Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference', which was published by Bloomsbury in 2015 and described by the FT as "the most refreshing approach to diversity I have read" (Nov 4, 2015).

In recent years, she has consulted with organisations such as Microsoft, Caterpillar, HSBC, Annapurna Pictures, Vice Media and Red Bull to help embed inclusive leadership and practices across the employee life cycle.

“Pooja is an intelligent professional who is a delight to work with. She has great judgement and integrity and will get to the heart of the matter efficiently and deliver results of a very high standard.

– previous client (small start-up)

Pooja brings rigour, commitment and a contagious passion for bringing out the best in people, groups, relationships, and teams in order to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and organisations – beyond profit.

She has worked directly with various segments of the population, from nurses, librarians, teachers and PhD students to lawyers and senior banking executives.  She is a qualified counsellor, coach and group moderator.

She has lived in three countries and is raising two feisty and fabulous daughters in London.

With Pooja’s help, we conducted the biggest piece of qualitative research [we] had ever done, in record time and with excellent, thoughtful results that I presented to the management board. Pooja is a class operator. An expert in her field, she is thoughtful, diligent and considered, with great broader experience, which she brings to whatever she does. On top of her technical ability, she is a total pleasure to work with. I’d work with her again in a heartbeat.
